On the day of Feb.20th, Jia Guodong, the vice-president of CSEI, made a research and communication visit to Daqing Oilfield with relevant staff from the apartment of R&D Center, Pressure Vessel Division and Pressure Pipe Division. They also attended the Technical Seminar of Problems and Handling in Inspection of Spherical Tank in Gas Branch Guangming Light Hydrocarbon Pool.

Wu Yabin, the vice-director of Safety and Environmental Protection Department and Director of Special Equipment Inspection Center of Daqing Oilfield, hosted the intercommunication meeting. 

The vice safety director of Gas Branch Company, Zhou Yuchun, presented operation performance of 6 spherical tanks of Gas Branch Guangming light hydrocarbon pool, analysis of sulfuretted hydrogen and inspection situation of spherical tanks in 2013. According to the problems found in inspection, repair and operation over the years, Jia Guodong analyzed the risk of tanks and made a rating list. Meanwhile, he gave advice for next inspection.
