From November 3rd to 4th, the audit team composed of 3 experts from Beijing ZhongJianXie Certification Centre Co., Ltd. conducted the audit of supervision and revision of Healthy Safety and Environment Management System (HSE) of CSEI. President of CSEI Liu Sanjiang Vice President & Chief Engineer of CSEI Xie Tiejun, and personnel from relevant department participated in the audit.

The audit covered 6 functional departments, 6 business divisions and 4 research departments. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the standard, the audit team checked and verified the system operation of CSEI from the aspects of organizational environment, planning, support and operation, performance evaluation, subcontractor management, and carried out on-site audit on Shunyi Laboratory Base Administrative Management Department. The audit team believed that CSEI’s organizational structure is reasonable, the daily operation of the system meets the requirements, self-improvement and supervision are well maintained, and has unique management culture. The audit team agreed to maintain the certification. At the same time, they put forward some comments and suggestions on target index setting and assessment, on-site inspection and supervision, emergency management and subcontractor control.

Vice President Xie Tiejun pointed out that the external audit work will effectively promote the improvement of CSEI’s HSE system, and we should sort out, analyze and improve the problems mentioned by the audit team, so as to realize the continuous improvement of the system by strengthening propagating and educating and constantly modifying system documents, etc.
