CSEI held cadres’ meeting to announce the decision of the Party Leadership Group of SAMR about adjustment of main leading comrades of CSEI on Mar. 5^th. Tian Shihong, vice minister and member of the Party Leadership Group of SAMR, administrator of SAC attended the meeting and made important speech.  The meeting was chaired by Lin Shuqing.

Wu Xiaotian, deputy director of Personnel Department of SAMR, read out the decision of personnel appointment and removal of the Party Leadership Group of SAMR, appointed Liu Sanjiang as president and deputy party secretary of of CSEI, Lin Shuqing was retired from his post as president. Lin Shuqing, Liu Sanjiang and Guo yuanliang made statements and expressed their resolute support and obedience to the decision of the Party Leadership Group of SAMR.  

Tian Shihong pointed out in his speech that since its establishment 40 years ago, CSEI has played an important role in enhancing the security capability and level of special equipment safety, serving the country’s economic and social development and promoting scientific and technological progress. The adjustment of the main responsible comrades fully reflects the attention and care of the Party Leadership Group of SAMR for CSEI. The Party Leadership Group of SAMR fully affirmed Lin Shuqing’s contribution to the special equipment inspection cause and fully trusted Liu Sanjiang as president of CSEI. He stressed that in the next step, CSEI should comprehensively strengthen the Party building, strengthen the team building, focus on promoting reform and innovation, serve the overall situation of reform and development, strive to push all work to a new level, and strive to make new progress for career development.

Related personnel of the General Office and Personnel Department of SAMR, leadership team"s members and all middle-level cadres of CSEI attended the meeting.
