To ensure the quality of application of science and technology protects, and strengthen project communication among council members, Special Equipment Science and Technology Collaboration Platform (hereafter referred to as the platform) held pre-review conference of 2018 science and technology projects of AQSIQ in Kunming on Mar. 30, 2018. Mr. Shen Gongtian, managing vice director of the platform, vice president of CSEI was present at the conference. 36 experts from platform committees, more than 120 principals and key staffs of 44 projects attended the conference.  

The projects were divided into electromechanical equipment group and pressure-bearing equipment group for comprehensive evaluation. The participating experts raised questions and made suggestions for revision on the spot. According to the Review Method of Establishment and Recommendation of AQSIQ Science and Technology Protects, the projects were comprehensively scored by research purpose and industry application prospect, the research status analysis at home and abroad, research contents and expected goal, research method and technical route, annual plan and assessment target, personnel and task  allocation, budget and existing work base. The platform will recommend project to Science and Technology Division of AQSIQ according to the final score ranking and quotas from Science and Technology Division of AQSIQ.         

Every year since 2013, the platform has recommended science and technology protects via pre-review conference. The level of council members’ application has been greatly increased through constant learning and communication.
