Experts acceptance meeting of Energy Foundation project for Research on Industrial Boiler Energy Efficiency Index and Evaluation System of China, led by CSEI, was held in Beijing on Apr.5th, 2017. Experts from Energy Foundation and project cooperators, including China Standardization Research Institute, Tsinghua University, Chinese Special Equipment Safety and Energy Conservation Association, the National Energy Infrastructure and Management Standardization Technical Committee, Special Equipment Inspection Institute of Shandong Province, China Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Engineering Technology Research Group and etc., attended the meeting.

At the meeting, experts reviewed the project research report with question and discussion, agreed that the project had detailed research content, comparatively studied industrial boiler energy saving and environmental protection laws and regulations, policies, standards and related index in the United States,EU,Japan and China. The experts also agreed that the project put forward constructive suggestion for improving Chinese industrial boiler energy saving and environmental protection regulations and standards system and had a strong guiding significance for the next step to improve China’s industrial boiler energy efficiency index and evaluation system.

Next, our institute will focus on the industrial steam system energy efficiency evaluation tools, Sino-US industrial boiler thermal efficiency conversion platform and other key aspects to carry out research in the field of industrial boilers in a deep-going way. We hope to be able to get the support of the Energy Foundation, continue to carry out cooperation in related fields so as to promote China’s industrial boiler energy saving and environmental protection technology  and make progress in energy-saving emission reduction work.
