Recently, the technical seminar “Analyze on Malfunction and Efficiency Date Correlation of Large and Complex Lifting Equipment” of the 3rd assignment of 863 Project “Study on Full-life Circle Data Integration Management and Application of Large and Complex Lifting Equipment” was held in China Special Equipment Inspection & Research Institute (CSEI).
The experts from Tsinghua University, Southeast University, Hohai University, Beijing University of Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, North China Electric Power University and Beijing Information Science and Technology University in related field were invited to attend the meeting. The experts’ discussion mainly focused on the technologies of system health diagnosis, failure prediction and health management platform construction of complex lifting equipment based on real-time monitoring data.
In the meeting, experts shared their research thought respectively, including multi-dimension, multi-parameter, multi-model, multi-sensor, rough evaluation and accurate diagnosis, as well as valuable comments and suggestions after years of research experience, which has significant promotion to the development of system health diagnosis, failure prediction and health management platform construction of complex lifting equipment.
