Nangang Technology Center of CSEI (hereinafter referred to as Nangang Technology Center) was set up by the Management Committee of Tianjin Technical and Economic Developing Area (Nangang industrial district) together with CSEI, and the establishing ceremony was held at CSEI on May 15^th, 2015. Liu Zhaobin, chief engineer of AQSIQ, Zhang Yong, district mayor of Tianjin Binhai New Area, Guo Yuanliang, party secretary of CSEI and Liu Sanjiang, vice president of CSEI attended the ceremony. The relevant persons from General Office, Gas Equipment Division and Policy & Legal Affairs Office of CSEI also joined the ceremony.

Nangang Technology Center will supply technical assistance to the management committee of Tianjin Technical and Economic Developing Area (Nangang industrial district) on area management and special equipment safety supervision, and provide diversified technical services to the enterprises of this area. Both sides will work together to elevate the security level of Nangang Technology Center, and promote its integrated environment, influence and soft power.
