AQSIQ Announcement No. 114, 2014 on the Revision of Special Equipment Catalogue

According to the stipulations of Law on Safety of Special Equipment of the People’s Republic of China and Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment, the Special Equipment Catalogue, revised by AQSIQ under the approval of the State Council, are hereby promulgated and implemented. The Notification on the Promulgation of Special Equipment Catalogue (No. 31, 2004 AQSIQ) and the Notification on the Supplement of Special Equipment Catalogue (No. 22, 2010 AQSIQ) are repealed simultaneously. AQSIQ is in charge of the interpretation of the Special Equipment Catalogue.
