On 29th November, 2013, authorized by AQSIQ, China Promotion Association for Special Equipment Safety and Energy-saving arranged experts to perform Boiler Efficiency Testing Agency Capability Verification for CSEI. The director of Energy-saving department of AQSIQ, Mr. Leng Hao, the secretary general of China Promotion Association for Special Equipment Safety and Energy-saving, Mr. Wang Xiaolei, the vice president of CSEI, Mr. Xie Tiejun, vice chief engineer, Mr. Guan Jian, and other related experts have attanted this meeting.

Experts mainly inspected on-site testing quality, selected issued energy efficiency testing report by categories, and examined selected testing personnel. As a result, CSEI passed the inspection verification, and satisfied the condition and requirements of boiler eneregy efficiency testing agency of AQSIQ.
