Led by CSEI, Hefei General Machinery Research Institute, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Beihang University and other units jointly participated in the performance evaluation conference of the key special project "Research on Key Technology of Risk Prevention, Control and Governance of High Parameter Pressure Special Equipments" of "Public Safety Risk Prevention & Control and Emergency Technical Equipments" in Beijing on Mar. 16th. Relevant leaders of Department of Science & Technology & Finance and SESA of SAMR and leading researchers of the project attended the conference.

Mr. Shou Binan, the project leader of CSEI introduced the overall situation, and the 6 subject leaders reported the key contents of the subject respectively. After questioning and being answered, the expert group agreed to make the conclusion that each subject passed the acceptance as it had completed the specific tasks, and they drafted the performance evaluation comments for each subject as well.  

The project has solved the key knot of risk prevention and control of high parameter pressure equipment from the perspective of life cycle intrinsic safety, part of the technologies have been applied in areas such as high reliability construction, in-service risk control, big data security supervision. The technical regulations and core standards on risk prevention and control developed during the research promoted the implementation and application of relevant technologies in the whole industry, and the devices, methods, systems and software platform created can directly serve enterprise risk prevention and control and government safety supervision. The project has provided technical support in reducing the accident rate of ten thousand pressure special equipments by 20% at the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan. Meanwhile, it is of great significance in prolonging production period and saving production cost.
