The first regular meeting of 2019 of ASME BPV II China International Working Group was held in Harbin today. Dr. Liu Sanjiang, president of China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, was elected as the new chairman in this meeting. The leaders of the organizer Harbin Boiler Company Limited attended the meeting and offered their congratulations. Experts from China and United States were invited to do relevant special reports. The participating experts had a heated discussion on the ASME material volume standard.
